Chicken Adobo with Pineapple - Pinoy Dish
Give chicken adobo a slightly sweet upgrade with pineapple tidbits.
|400 grams||Chicken Meat||(cut into serving portions)|
|1 tbsp||Garlic||(crushed, for marinade)|
|1 tbsp||Soy Sauce||(for marinade)|
|1/4 tsp||Peppercorn||(crushed, for marinade)|
| ||Pineapple Syrup||(for marinade)|
|2 tbsp||Cooking Oil||(for frying)|
| ||Sugar||(to taste)|
|2 tbsps||Garlic||(crushed, fried )|
|1 pouch (115 grams)||Del Monte|
|(drained, reserve syrup)|
|1 1/2 tbsp||Del Monte|
Red Cane Vinegar
Marinate chicken for 30 minutes. Drain and reserve marinade.
Fry chicken in oil until golden brown.
Combine chicken with marinade then simmer until chicken is tender. Season with sugar to taste. Add DEL MONTE Pineapple Tidbits. Top with fried garlic.
