Corned Beef Pizza

Serve on pan de sal halves as a snack, or on mini-baguette slices as an appetizer.

Ingredients

8 pc (large) Pan de Sal(sliced into two)
½ to 1 cupCorned Beef(cooked)
1 pc (medium) Onion(white, cut into rings)
100 gramsMelting Cheese(coarsely grated)
1 pack (115 grams) Del Monte
Quick 'n Easy Sweet Pizza Sauce

Cooking Procedure:

  1. Pre-bake/toast pandesal for 2 minutes. Spread with DEL MONTE Pizza Sauce.

  2. Top with corned beef, onion and cheese. Bake for another 3-5 minutes or until cheese melts.

  3. Note:  Other bread like sliced bread, bagel, dinner rolls can also be used as crust.

    Makes 8 servings
