Del Monte Garlic Longganisa

This breakfast favorite is both easy on the budget and easy to make.

  • Spatula
  • Measuring Spoons
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Tray
  • Wax Paper


600 gramsGround Pork 
250 gramsTokwa(chopped )
1/3 cupGarlic(minced)
2 tspIodized Fine Salt 
⅔ cupAll-Purpose Flour 
1¾ tspPeppercorn(finely crushed )
1 pouch (200 grams)Del Monte
Original Style Tomato Sauce
1/3 cupDel Monte
Red Cane Vinegar

Cooking Procedure:

  1. Mix DEL MONTE Tomato Sauce and tokwa together then combine with the other  ingredients. Mix well. 

  2. Roll every 2 tablespoons of mixture and arrange on a tray. Chill for 1 hour. Wrap each piece  in cut out plastic/wax paper. 

  3. Pack in plastic bag.  Freeze until ready to cook and serve.

    Makes 50 pieces
