1.1 kgBeef Kenchi(cut into chunks)
⅓ cupOnion(sliced)
1 ¼ tspsGinger(sliced)
⅓ tspPeppercorn(crushed)
6 cupsWater 
Salt(to taste)
⅓ kgFresh Corn(each cut into 3)
3 pcsMedium Ripe Saba(peeled and each cut into 3)
4 ½ cupsPotatoes(cut into chunks)
3 bundlesBaguio Pechay(sliced)
⅓ cupLeeks(sliced)
1 pouch (250 grams)Del Monte
Original Style Tomato Sauce

Cooking Procedure:

  1. Combine beef, onion, ginger, peppercorns, DEL MONTE Tomato Sauce and water. Season with salt to taste. Cover and Simmer until meat is almost tender. This will take around 2.5 hours.

  2. Add corn, saba and potatoes. Cook for another 10 minutes. Add pechay and leeks. Allow to Simmer.

    Makes 6 servings
