Del Monte Red Bulalo

Comfort food with a twist! Everyone will love coming home to this rich and hearty stew. 

Cooking Tools Needed:


½ kgBeef Kenchi(cut into chunks)
1 pc (medium)Onion(sliced)
1 pc (10 g) Ginger(sliced)
¼ tspPeppercorn(crushed)
¼ kgFresh Corn(each cut into 3)
300 gramsPotato(cut into chunks)
2 pc (medium) Ripe Saba(peeled and each cut into 3)
1 bundle (200 g) Pechay Baguio(sliced, optional)
1 stalkLeeks(sliced)
1 pouch (200 grams)Del Monte
Original Style Tomato Sauce

Cooking Procedure:

  1. Combine beef, onion, ginger, peppercorns, DEL MONTE Tomato Sauce and 5- 6 cups water. Season with salt to taste. Cover and Simmer until meat is almost tender.

  2. Add corn, saba and potatoes. Cook for another 10 minutes. Add pechay and leeks. Allow to Simmer

    Makes 5 servings
