Cooking Tools Needed:


3 kgBeef Kenchi(cut into chunks)
300 grams (medium) Onion(sliced)
60 grams (small) Ginger(sliced)
1½ tspPeppercorn(crushed)
1.5 kgFresh Corn(each cut into 3)
1.8 pcsPotatoes(cut into chunks)
1.5 kg (medium) Ripe Saba(peeled and each cut into 3)
1 pouch (1 kg)Del Monte
Original Style Tomato Sauce
1 pouch (200 grams)Del Monte
Original Style Tomato Sauce

Cooking Procedure:

  1. Combine beef, onion, ginger, peppercorns, DEL MONTE Tomato Sauce and 30 cups of water. Season with salt to taste. Cover and simmer until meat is almost tender.

  2. Add corn, saba and potatoes.  Cook for another 15 minutes. Add pechay and leeks. Allow to simmer
