Del Monte Red Bulalo - Pinoy Dish

|500 grams kg||Beef Kenchi||(cut into chunks)|
|6 cups||Water|| |
| ||Salt||(to taste)|
|250 grams ||Fresh Corn||(each cut into 3)|
|2 pcs||Medium Ripe Saba||(peeled and each cut into 3)|
|2 1/2 cup||Potatoes||(cut into chunks)|
|2 bundles||Baguio Pechay||(sliced)|
|1 pouch (200 grams)||Del Monte|
Original Style Tomato Sauce
Combine beef, onion, ginger, peppercorns, DEL MONTE Tomato Sauce and water. Season with salt to taste. Bring to boil, cover and simmer for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until meat is almost tender.
Add corn, saba and potatoes. Cook for another 10 minutes. Add pechay and leeks. Allow to simmer.
