500 grams kgBeef Kenchi(cut into chunks)
1/4 cupOnion(sliced)
1 tbspGinger(sliced)
1/4 tspPeppercorn(crushed)
6 cupsWater 
Salt(to taste)
250 grams kgFresh Corn(each cut into 3)
2 pcsMedium Ripe Saba(peeled and each cut into 3)
1 1/2 cupPotatoes(cut into chunks)
2 bundlesBaguio Pechay(sliced)
1/4 cupLeeks(sliced)
1 pouch (200 grams)Del Monte
Original Style Tomato Sauce

Cooking Procedure:

  1. Combine beef, onion, ginger, peppercorns, DEL MONTE Tomato Sauce and water. Season with salt to taste. Bring to boil, cover and simmer for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until meat is almost tender.

  2. Add corn, saba and potatoes. Cook for another 10 minutes. Add pechay and leeks. Allow to simmer.

    Makes 6 servings
