Ingredients

600 gGround Pork 
1 1/2 cup pcsmedium semi ripe saba banana(boiled and grated)
3 pcsEggs(beaten)
3/4 cupOnion(chopped)
2 cupsCarrot(chopped)
1 1/3 cupRed bell pepper(chopped)
1/3 cupSweet Pickle Relish 
1 1/2 cup slicesBread(diced)
2 1/2 tspSalt 
1 tspBlack Pepper 
1 pouch (250 grams)Del Monte
Original Style Tomato Sauce

Cooking Procedure:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.

  2. Place every 1 1/2 cups of mixture on aluminum foil or cling wrap. Roll then fold ends (for foil) or tie both ends of cellophane with crocheting thread. Steam for one hour. Let cool then chill overnight. Slice diagonally just before serving.

    Makes 12 servings
