Del Monte Red Embutido - Pinoy Dish
Make any day feel like a holiday with this festive, budget-friendly dish.
|600 g||Ground Pork|| |
|1 1/2 cup ||medium semi ripe saba banana||(boiled and grated)|
|1 1/3 cup||Red bell pepper||(chopped)|
|1/3 cup||Sweet Pickle Relish|| |
|1 1/2 cup slices||Bread||(diced)|
|2 1/2 tsp||Salt|| |
|1 tsp||Black Pepper|| |
|1 pouch (250 grams)||Del Monte|
Original Style Tomato Sauce
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
Place every 1 1/2 cups of mixture on aluminum foil or cling wrap. Roll then fold ends (for foil) or tie both ends of cellophane with crocheting thread. Steam for one hour. Let cool then chill overnight. Slice diagonally just before serving.
