|2 tbsps||Cooking Oil||(for sauteing)|
|1-2 tbsps||Bagoong Alamang|
|1/8 tsp||Black Pepper|
|3 bunches||Kangkong||(leaves and tender stalks only)|
|1 tsp||Sesame Seeds||(crushed)|
|1 can (227 grams)||Del Monte|
|(drained (reserve syrup))|
Saute half of garlic until brown. Set aside.
Saute remaining garlic, onion and alamang. Add pineapple syrup, pepper and kangkong. Simmer, uncovered until almost cooked. Add DEL MONTE Pineapple Tidbits. Simmer once. Top with sesame seeds and fried garlic.
