6 clovesGarlic(crushed)
1 pc (medium)Onion(sliced)
1-2 tbspBagoong Alamang(raw)
3 bunches (650 g)Kangkong(leaves and tender stalks only)
1 tspSesame Seeds(toasted)
1 can (227 grams)Del Monte
Pineapple Tidbits
(drained (reserve syrup))

Cooking Procedure:

  1. Sauté half of garlic until brown. Set aside.

  2. Sauté remaining garlic, onion, and alamang. Add pineapple syrup, ⅛ tsp pepper and kangkong. Simmer, uncovered until almost cooked. Add DEL MONTE Pineapple Tidbits. Simmer once. Top with sesame seeds and fried garlic.

    Makes 4 servings.
