Dredge pork loin in breading mix. Then dip in beaten eggs, and finish in bread crumbs. Do this until all the meat is breaded.
Deep fry at 350F for about 3 to 5 minutes or until golden crispy brown.
Combine all ingredients in sauce. Mix well.
