Pork Tonkatsu

Enjoy Japanese-style meals at home with this delicious pork tonkatsu recipe. Serve on top of a steaming bowl of rice.

1 kgPork Loin(1/2 inch thick)
1 packBreading Mix 
3 pcsEgg 
2 1/2 packs Breadcrumbs 
4 cupsCooking Oil 
2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce(for sauce)
1 tbspMirin(for sauce)
1/2 tspgarlic powder(for sauce)
1 tbsp Del Monte
Quick 'n Easy BBQ Marinade
1/2 pack cupDel Monte
Original Blend Ketchup
(for sauce)

Cooking Procedure:

  1. Dredge pork loin in breading mix. Then dip in beaten eggs, and finish in bread crumbs. Do this until all the meat is breaded.

  2. Deep fry at 350F for about 3 to 5 minutes or until golden crispy brown.

  3. Combine all ingredients in sauce. Mix well.
