Pork Tonkatsu

Enjoy Japanese-style meals at home with this delicious pork tonkatsu recipe. Serve on top of a steaming bowl of rice.

1 kgPork Loin(sliced ½ cm thick)
¼ cupWorcestershire Sauce(for sauce)
½ tbspGinger(grated, for sauce)
½ tbspGarlic(minced, for sauce)
2 tbspSugar(for sauce)
2 tbspMirin(for sauce)
1 pack (57 grams) Del Monte
Quick 'n Easy Breading Mix
½ cupDel Monte
Original Blend Ketchup
(for sauce)

Cooking Procedure:

  1. Dredge pork slices in DEL MONTE QUICK N Easy Breading Mix. Fry until golden brown. Cut into strips. Serve with tonkatsu sauce.

  2. SAUCE:
    Combine all ingredients. Cover and Simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes.

    Makes 8 servings
