Make your torta dish more special with shrimps and sweet pineapple.
|100 grams||Shrimps||(shelled and diced)|
|2 pc||Siling Haba||(seeded and diced)|
|½ tsp||Iodized Fine Salt|
|½ tsp||Black Pepper|
|¼ cup||All-Purpose Flour|
|1/3 cup||Cooking Oil|
|2 pouches (115 grams each)||Del Monte|
In a bowl, combine eggplant flesh, shrimps, sili, DEL MONTE Pineapple Tidbits, eggs, flour, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Heat oil. Fry every ¼ cup of mixture until cooked on both sides. Serve with DEL MONTE Ketchup.
