Tortang Hipon at Piña (Party)
Make your torta dish more special with shrimps and sweet pineapple.

|375 grams||Shrimps||(shelled and diced)|
|8 pc||Siling Haba||(seeded and diced)|
|2 tsp||Iodized Fine Salt|| |
|2 tsp||Black Pepper|| |
|1 cup||All-Purpose Flour|| |
|1 ¼ cups||Cooking Oil|| |
|2 cans (432 grams each)||Del Monte|
Broil / grill / boil the eggplants until cooked. Peel and discard stem then chop flesh.
In a bowl, combine eggplant flesh, shrimps, sili, DEL MONTE Pineapple Tidbits , eggs, flour, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Heat oil. Fry every ¼ cup of mixture until cooked on both sides. Serve with DEL MONTE Ketchup.
