Tuna Macaroni Rolls
|1 pc||Beef Bouillon Cubes|| |
|1 can (184 grams)||Tuna Flakes in Brine||(drained)|
|¼ cup||Green Peas||(cooked/frozen)|
|1 tbsp||All-Purpose Flour|| |
|50 grams||Cheddar Cheese||(coarsely grated)|
|18 pc (large)||Lumpia Wrappers|| |
|150 grams||Del Monte|
Cook DEL MONTE Salad Macaroni in 2 cups water with bouillon cube for 8 minutes. Drain (do not rinse). Combine with all ingredients except lumpia wrapper. Season with ½ teaspoon iodized fine salt (or ½ tablespoon iodized rock salt) and ⅛ teaspoon pepper.
Mix well. Wrap every 2 tablespoons of mixture in lumpia wrapper. Fry in oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
Makes 9 servings (2 pieces per serving)
