Tuna Macaroni Rolls


1 pcBeef Bouillon Cubes 
1 can (184 grams)Tuna Flakes in Brine(drained)
1 pcEgg(beaten)
¼ cupGreen Peas(cooked/frozen)
1 tbspAll-Purpose Flour 
50 gramsCheddar Cheese(coarsely grated)
18 pc (large)Lumpia Wrappers 
150 gramsDel Monte
Salad Macaroni

Cooking Procedure:

  1. Cook DEL MONTE Salad Macaroni in 2 cups water with bouillon cube for 8 minutes.  Drain (do not rinse). Combine with all ingredients except lumpia wrapper. Season with ½ teaspoon iodized fine salt (or ½ tablespoon iodized rock salt) and ⅛ teaspoon pepper.

  2. Mix well. Wrap every 2 tablespoons of mixture in lumpia wrapper. Fry in oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

    Makes 9 servings (2 pieces per serving)
