|1 pc ||Banana Heart||(trimmed and cut lengthwise into 2)|
|2 pc (large)||Onion||(chopped)|
|1 pc||Siling Haba||(sliced)|
|350 grams||Tuna Fillet||(fresh, chopped)|
|1 pouch (115 grams)||Del Monte|
Original Style Tomato Sauce
Boil puso ng saging in 2 cups of water and 1 teaspoon iodized fine salt (or 1 tablespoon iodized rock salt) for 20 minutes. Drain, discard the hard middle portion, then chop finely. Set aside.
Sauté garlic, onions and sili. Add 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, puso ng saging, tuna fillet, DEL MONTE Tomato Sauce and salt to taste. Cook over high heat for 10-15 minutes while stirring.
